At Prashanti Sarees, we strive to ensure you love every weave; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn and unstitched products.
Initiate Request
Visit our 'Returns Portal' within 7 days of delivery and enter your order ID and email to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the saree is folded in its original packaging with all tags intact, including the blouse piece if it was provided unstitched.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep within 48 to 72 hours.
Refund Processing
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
